Recruit or recruitment is a process of finding and hiring the best-qualified candidate (from within or outside of an organization) for a job opening, in a timely and cost effective manner. The recruitment process includes analyzing the requirements of a job, attracting employees to that job, screening and selecting applicants, hiring, and integrating the new employee to the organization. Through our recruitment process, we make sure that we hire the right person, on the right place, with the right attitude, and maintain them with a great beneficial relationship.
Training process is an organized activity aimed at imparting information and/or instructions to improve the recipient’s performance or to help him or her attain a required level of knowledge or skill. We make sure that our employees have the right skills to attend your needs through giving them the right training. Our training activities consist of sales training and coaching, product training, positive attitude, and heart of a leader. Having said that, it simply means that we want more people to be able to lead others towards the direction where the leader wish to be.
Follow up is an activity of monitoring a job, enquiry, sale, etc., to get feedback on the schedule, requirements, effectiveness, or other such factors. Following up is a part of following through. Our company will always do the follow up on our employee which consist of monitoring sales activities and developing sales network.
